The BLACK LIVES MATTER Global Network is a chapter-based, member-led organization whose mission is to build local power and to intervene in violence inflicted on Black communities by the state and vigilantes.
We are expansive. We are a collective of liberators who believe in an inclusive and spacious movement. We also believe that in order to win and bring as many people with us along the way, we must move beyond the narrow nationalism that is all too prevalent in Black communities. We must ensure we are building a movement that brings all of us to the front.
We affirm the lives of Black queer and trans folks, disabled folks, undocumented folks, folks with records, women, and all Black lives along the gender spectrum. Our network centers those who have been marginalized within Black liberation movements.
We are working for a world where Black lives are no longer systematically targeted for demise.
We affirm our humanity, our contributions to this society, and our resilience in the face of deadly oppression.
The call for Black lives to matter is a rallying cry for ALL Black lives striving for liberation.

black lives matter, also known as BLM, is a movement made to eliminate white supremacy. the black lives matter movement also peacefully protest against the unjust treatment against black people, police brutality, and all racially motivated violence against black people.

Black Lives Matter Movement is a movement to move us to equality and justice. BLMM is shortened to Black Lives Matter Movement. Black lives matter is a system where we equality and justice happens everywhere to the blacks because in America, whites only seem to have control over the minorities and the people of color who try to stand with BLM. Systematic oppression is held within minorities and is tired of hearing words of “black privilege” because that doesn’t exist. Neither does the oppressor being oppressed. You can’t be oppressed while being the oppressor, it wouldn’t make sense.

A confusing political magic trick by which marxist/communist principles (equal group outcomes superceding individual rights, collectivization of guilt and grievance) infect the minds of people who have a genuine desire to show empathy for victims of racism because they care enough to show support but not enough to figure out what it is they are supporting.
Person 1: doesn't burning buildings and looting stores make even more people unfairly associate black people with criminality and violence?

Person 1: why does black lives matter want to get rid of the nuclear family? Isn't a lack of fathers in the home the #1 predictor of criminality and poverty?

Person 1: why would blm want to get rid of the police? Arent there an exponentially larger number of black crime victims due to LACK of police than from police brutality?

A black power group that is seen as socially acceptable. However proof of racism includes it only being racist if "black" is changed to any other race, specifically white.
Black lives matter is fine, white lives matter is horrible and racist so are Asian, Hispanic, and other races. The group also doesn't care about black on black crime, crimes against republican blacks, or anything that has to do with what they don't like

A tool used by the Democrats to bait people into believing their lies duh black lives matter everyone should agree with that but the organization not only puts all its money towards the Democrats and not black owned businesses or anything black it plays with peoples emotions and the organization is trying to equate the gay struggle and black struggle
