Norwegian weather

Another phrase for really bad weather. Its obvious origin is the typical weather of Norway, a small country in northern Europe. Norwegian weather can refer to cold weather, heavy rain or wind, snow, or any combination of these (most common)
Eivind: Wanna go out for a beer?
Zari: I was thinking about it, but I can hear the wind and the rain out there
Eivind: True, that's some Norwegian weather right there

chilly weathers

Chilly Weathers means a mentally, retarded person and/or garbage personality.

"You're just like Chilly Weathers." This should be taken to quite offense. If you're compared to Chilly Weathers you might as well fake your death and move to Death Valley where we all wish a certain someone was buried.

Being Chilly Weathers is a sin, just hearing the voice of Chilly Weathers is enough to make someone have the sudden urge to drink bleach.
"My favorite thing about Chilly Weathers is one day the it the sin won't exist." Said a logical person being interviewed by KidzbopNews.

High Weather

High Weather is called, "High Weather" for a reason. This happens when so many Californians spot pot (AKA Marijuana) and the smoke emissions from all the dope, travels through the wind currents and make mother-nature high. This event can happen wherever lots of weed is being smoked... An Example of High Weather is its sunny, then cloudy, then rainy, then sunny--- in a span of an hour.
