Someone who uses cheap toilet paper and balls it up to wipe while standing on the seat. Thus resulting in tiny rolled up pieces of shit covered toilet paper (shit nuggets) to go everywhere but the bowl.

A play on the word OTP, meaning a crack ship that is shipped simply because of how ridiculous it is. The person who ships it is still as passionate as they would be about an OTP, but with a layer of irony.
