Over 53% of the world has access to the internet, China has the great firewall, USA has their own self-interest, and the most populous countries include Indonesia, Pakistan, Congo, Brazil, Bangladesh, Russia, Mexico, and so on barely spoke English or have access to internet, meanwhile India has the most population of English speakers.
