Social Constipation

When you have so much you want to say at one time, but you don’t want to overwhelm the person . And you’re not even sure if they even want to talk to you in the first place, so you just end up keeping it all to yourself. And it builds up overtime as you come up with more things you want to talk about.

Internal Monologue: “I have so much I want to say to him, but I don’t know if I should say it all at once. I don’t want to be overwhelming. Maybe I’ll just say a little at a time ..
