A person/person(s) who happen to fall under this definition, considering their behaviour: "a mental condition, present from early childhood, characterized by difficulty in communicating and forming relationships with other people and in using language and abstract concepts." It is important to not mistake them for the cookie, or the racial slur.

Oreo refers to a black person who acts like a gangsta and/or act like they live in the hood and/or use a bunch of slang nobody understands. So, basically, they act like a cool black kid. But they might appear black on the outside, but they are really more like a white person in the inside (Get it? Like an oreo).
