A form of debate far inferior to policy debate, though it IS a form of debate, unlike congress. It's like policy debate but less fast and there's less shit you can run.

Hym “Ha! What a debate! No wonder you motherfuckers won’t come and face me. If Joe is fucking you up that bad what chance could you possibly stand against me!? Hahahahaha! I’m impressed! I’m actually proud of him. This is great. Man, it is wild that you guys don’t actually see what you’re doing and why things are the way they are... Ah well 🤷 ♂️ I tried to save you.”

A teacher or lecturer who debates with an unresponsive audience as to whether or not they should take a break during the course of the lecture, thereby wasting all the time that should have been spent on the break, debating on whether or not to take the break in the first place.
A break debater would debate a break in this manner: " Should we take a break? (waits for audience response of which there is none).....Yes?.....No?......Take a break?..... Yes take a break?..... No? (waits)"
