1: The act of calling out a person or persons by which the "thrower" of said "fuck" perceives to have received some transgression (typically in a prison setting). The person or persons receiving the "fuck" are expected to answer for their actions or be considered "leva" (traitor to ones social group).

Inmate 1: "Hey, my cookies are gone."
Inmate 2: "Throw a fuck, man."

Inmate 1: "Whoever took my cookies out of my lunchbox: Fuck your mom, fuck your dead homies, fuck your set."
