Someone who is with or surrounds them self with people with “clout” or popularity to gain their own social media presence.

Example: Nina/ The Bitch who dated grandfather🙂

Nina is such a clout chaser. She prolly would’ve given him head🤷🏾 ♀️

Dictator clout

A variation of the clout. Basically a backhand, but with a different name. Always done across the face. So called because it's the sort of thing a dictator would do if someone displeased him, before having him fed to his tigers.
Best done whilst exclaiming "Fool!" in some dictator accent.

- Argh, you bastard! Arhhhh!

To take advantage of someone's scandal to promote your brand. The scandal is innocent enough to be forgivable/forgettable, except for a clout vulture.

That Alinity stream with her dog was pretty innocent. Monroe is a real clout vulture for putting down Alinity in that tweet.
