Someone who comes in and takes over, they fill up a room and basically demand your attention , this person talks super fast and super loud and moves about so quickly and with so much energy sometimes leaving a mess in there path, can entertain or amuse a crowd for hours and seem to never stop moving or talking, and after hanging with a Hurricane Noelle you could feel worn out almost like you just weathered a storm!!
