Originates from World of Warcraft where "kek" stands for "lol", which quickly got translated into keknoob which got transformed to koknoob, then shortened to kok. You never want to go full kok. Nowadays used in Counter-Strike.

Person 2: Yeah, what a koknoob.

When someone or something is a full on monet they are pretty from far away but ugly from up close
