They rub on them and then “finish” on their clothing -- all while avoiding eye contact because Asian folks do not like eye contact, unless it’s eye contact made with a crying woman. That’s totally a thing over there! Anyways, that’s how it gets on the inside of jackets and backs of skirts. Everyone is in their biz casual attire on the subway coming home from work.
