A Carolina Butt Sandwich is when an individual spreads their butt cheeks and lathers peanut butter on one cheek up to the butt hole, lathers the other cheek in jelly up to the butt hole and then releases their cheeks to create a Butt Sandwhich. A guy by the name of Devin or Mike then scarfs the booty until the sandwhich is gone.
