When two or more people trade degrading remarks in an attempt to discourage or frighten one another. The more common terminology is "shit talkin", though "fecal banter" has a more sophisticated ring to it.

A reference to the 16th Century. Famously pioneered by Henry VIII a 'Banter Fish' would be given to a court jester for a particularly humorous performance.

Later became shortened and used metaphorically for recognition of a funny joke.

Calling someone out on not being able to do something, then not being able to do it themselves.

In homage to the original source, (A small twitch streamer) can be said in a British accent, although unnecessary.
