A term coined in Southern New Jersey
A bitch in which a guy has known since the sandbox. During their adolescence. The guy will be harrassed by his peers-- they all wonder why he hasn't hit up his sandbox bitch. One does not simply hit up a sandbox bitch.

"Damn, jake and Kelsey have known each other since preschool, why ain't they screwing in the school bathroom?"
"Show some modesty bozo, Kelsey is jakes sandbox bitch, show some respect!"
