A boy with hair parted down the middle, usually dyed, painted nails (usually black), dresses in all black mostly, and dresses in layers. Usually where’s a long sleeved (striped) shirt under a long (black) t-shirt, and has excessive amounts of chains.

Currently the 17,000th scariest thing in Africa. It made headline news and everybody was scared shitless when the outbreaks occurred, but after 2 weeks, just like every other bandwagon, everybody forgot about it.
