A person who appears white on the outside but is deeply connected to South Asian or other “brown” cultures on the inside — culturally, emotionally, or socially. Inspired by the idea of Nutella spread (brown, rich, and full of flavor) between two slices of white bread.

Term coined in May 2025 by Amy Stewart, Muhammad Zarlash Sohail, Mohammad Zarrugh Ismail & Dalia — with honorary shout-outs to the rest of the Nutella Squad — during a late-night laugh session at MyLahore Birmingham that clearly made history..
