On July 2nd, 2023, a Finnish man by the name of jopede went on Roblox and uploaded a hat called the Red Snapper Croc. It is on sale for 299 robux and 600 available.

The invasion of Finnish capitalism began this day due to the raids of the cult, which each cult member wears a pair of pajamas with a Red Snapper Croc. They then commit suicide by jumping into a pool full of snappers to contribute to the legacy.

pseudo-capitalism

transactional exchanges that replication capitalistic ideology but are not a true exchange of equivalent and exact value. This is most often found within communities of non-strangers that live within a larger capitalistic framework, and as such, borrows it's language and mechanisms

Example cases:
"I'll pay for the gas if you buy the snacks"
"Nah, if you mow my lawn, let's just call it even"
"Don't worry about paying me back the couple bucks, it's more trouble than it's worth"
"Oh, I can do that for you! Pay me back by buying us pizza ahaha"

My neighborhood participates in pseudo-capitalism, and it makes us feel so much more connected
