From my sources it appears to be some kind of unusual sexual practice that may be limited to the southern United States, particularly north Georgia. Cabin 6 is a phrase used to refer to when 2 or more people have intercourse with each other in some way.This term originally came from a currently discontinued fan fiction on ‘Wattpad’ in which there is a rumour of 2 people who had had sexual intercourse in the 6th cabin of the summer camp the story’s protagonists had been sent off to.
