Light Beams / Columns, coming down from the sky (the Creator) at night, which are wide enough to fit a whole person in them. They come in a variety of colours. They are in dispute where the source of the magical lights originate at this time.

Black Light Kids

Think of a Scene kid making babies with a Kandi Kids. They dress brightly, wearing many beaded necklaces and bracelets. Wearing weird, random things -- goggles, ect. Nothing about them is subtle -- big hair, makeup, everything. Many things they wear will shine brightly under UV.
Now, where'd the differences between your average teen who dresses up?
They do it everyday, and they make it look good.
Not just pile on as many layers as you can.
