The L in LGBTQ+ stands for lesbian.
A non-man who is attracted (platonically, romantically, sexually, etc) to other non-men.
They aren't attracted to men or masculine-aligned genders.
They can not be turned straight.
They may use any pronouns they wish to use (including he/him).
A few face comphet (which is a lesbian exclusive experience).

Person 1: Did you hear NAME is lesbian?
Person 2: Good for them.

A Homosexual person who does not identify as male. More easily described as a Non-man Loving a Non-Man. That is how you get Non-Binary lesbians and Gender-Fluid Lesbains. You can be Amab and lesbian, as long as you do not identify as male, you can identify as a Lesbian.
