Boe is another way to call a fake friend is by using the words "Boe" or "snitch friend."
But it just means fake.

GUY1; Did you hear about what went down yesterday?
GUY2; Yeah bruh, I can't believe those niggas bruh.
GUY1; Yes, bruh, those niggas walkin' around actin' gangster, but they really boe.
