Jammed means to fail in something or do something stupid. This is Londoner slang and is used to describe something going wrong

for example, someone failed a test or dropped a glass "I can't lie you jammed that" "Eugh jammed"

Mainly Oxycodone/Percocet/Morphine/etc.

In order to spot someone being totally jammed. They must be nodding off during mid-conversation, constricted pupils (almost pinpoint), and look like the usual junkie.
