When you do something so monumentally stupid that it's not enough for your partner to make you sleep on the couch: you have to sleep outside on the curb instead.

Cannabis that is used primarily for inducing a better sleep for its user. It is almost always found in edible form so as not to cause any sort of euphoria that THC induces. Sleep dope is most often a combination of CBD and THC. The THC, which is the part of the cannabis plant that gets one "high" is often found in very small dosages. In Massachusetts as of 2023 for example, the dosage most often used for sleep dope is 0.5 mg of THC, a sort of "ceiling" that the MA State government has deemed appropriate for inducing sleep but not getting the user "high".
