“Spork Check”

Background: In certain mental hospitals, plastic sporks are the only eating utensil issued to patients. When a patient is going to throw their trash away, they must show a nurse that their spork is intact while disposing of it. This is to avoid patients potentially harming themselves or others with the spork.

Everyone please line up by the trash can for your spork check.

The female equivalent to "Man Check" meaning to surprise some by yelling "Chick Check!" then kick or punch that person in the crotch.

Carly: "Hey Lesa why do you have ice pack on your crotch?"

Lesa: "I was baby-sitting and the kid totally Chick Checked me."

Carly: "Ouch!"

Using your hand to hit someone, usually a close friend, in the throat after they've thoroughly exhausted your patience. Most often used when someone won't shut up about a particular celebrity, person or event.

Friend 1 proceeds to rant about the tickets he just scored for the upcoming concert. Friend 2 karate checks him in the neck.
