Get the Friend-in-Leasemug. A leased IP, is an IP address you get from an ISP, that is in use, though the ISP company states other wise.
When you have a leased IP, there will be an IP address conflict, resulting in network connection loss.

A company gives you a leased ip, and the address is already in use by a Cisco IP phone. Both devices cannot use the address at the same time. Resulting in problems with your IP connection.

Get the Leased IPmug. When someone purchases something in order to use it for 1-2 days, then returns it, only to purchase a newer model/version in 3-6 months to use and return again; thus essentially using the item and future upgrades for free.
You know that tent I bought last weekend? I returned it today, and I'm buying a newer model next time I go camping and returning it again.
