Skull Lease

A lengthy prison term -- usually reserved for life-sentences -- that indicates the prisoner's future housing agreement. Referenced in the infamous Frank Ocean song "White Ferrari", off of the Blonde album: "You dream of walls that hold us in prison, it's just a skull lease, that's what they call it."

Leased IP

A leased IP, is an IP address you get from an ISP, that is in use, though the ISP company states other wise.

When you have a leased IP, there will be an IP address conflict, resulting in network connection loss.
A company gives you a leased ip, and the address is already in use by a Cisco IP phone. Both devices cannot use the address at the same time. Resulting in problems with your IP connection.

Jewish Lease

When someone purchases something in order to use it for 1-2 days, then returns it, only to purchase a newer model/version in 3-6 months to use and return again; thus essentially using the item and future upgrades for free.
You know that tent I bought last weekend? I returned it today, and I'm buying a newer model next time I go camping and returning it again.
