Dark Season

(Also referred to as “Darker Days” and “Shadow Days”)
A time I’m someone’s life when they are not quite themselves. This will be passively noticed by them and fully noticed by their friends and family.
Causes can include but are not limited to: Depression, anxiety, loss, breakup and identity crisis.

“Hey, I’ve noticed *name* has been acting off the past few months, what’s going on?”
“He’s going through his Dark Season, so he needs some patience and kindness”
