The act in which a person simultaneously vomits, pees, and defecates (usually in the form of diarrhea). There is also potential to increase the amount of "fecta" by performing more bodily functions, therefore you would change the prefix of the word i.e. quadfecta, pentfecta, etc.

That Indian food I had last night made me trifecta all day today.

Trifecta of Douche

One of the ultimate insults. A combination of Douche bag, douche nozzle, and douche liquid. (can also be used as simply 'the trifecta') Usually only refers to one individual, making him the biggest douche of everyone around.

1) "Hey do you know Steve?"

When ushering in church, a trifector is formed as a pleasant posture of security when assisting a person hit by the spirit. A trifector is built by three dedicated individuals who's sole ambition is to assist and protect the well-being of a person that is convulsing. When building a trifector the three assisting individuals (or trained and certified ushers) must hold hands tightly locking wrist to ensure restricted space for the person convulsing. Although not fully certified, casual members may form a trifector to assist when the service is wild and there arent enough certified ushers to assist convulsing individuals.

She caught the spirit and therefore we built a trifector around her to protect her head from hitting the church walls!

Trifecta of Amazingness

The combined power in a theatre of the Actors, Orchestra, and Crew, in the shape of a triangle. Traditional at the beginning and end of a performance.

Usually demonstrated by holding ones' hands together to make a triangle with the fingers pointing downwards and thumbs across the top.

Crew is always at the bottom, supporting the entire show.

Stage Manager: "Alright everyone, lets have a great show. TRIFECTA of AMAZINGNESS!"
