Gallerian Marlon

Gallerian Marlon was the Director of the USE Dark Star Bureau and the perpetrator of the Dark Star Scandal. Devastated after an accident killed his wife and daughter, Gallerian agreed to help Ma collect the vessels of sin to save his "child" and forged a contract with Adam Moonlit.
