A woman who has an excessive amount of fake hair, eyelashes, and extremely long nails. She is not married and chases after married men. She has spent an excessive amount of time in or around jail.

the point system of lies, sweetened sarcasm, exaggeration, and "kiss-assing" used by males to better assure their chances of gaining the attention of a desired female, in the hopes of "getting some booty" (SEX).
Ex:

"Oh babe, you have the sexiest sneeze."
"Of course your little brother can come with us to the movies"
"Damn baby, I love your new haircut, I really liked you with hair, but I LOOOOVE you without any."

Examples of Use:

"I hate how every time I make fun of sarah, john comes to her rescue, trying to earn him some Cootie Points."
"I know I lied when I called her sexy, I was just trying get me some Cootie Points."
