When a person walks around like they own the place, only to find out that everyone thinks they are a tool with no friends. It can be used to describe any person who has a problem with authority, but doesn't know how to show it in the right ways.

to that person on a less formal or "guy to guy" level.

Ex. 1.: "Then, I used the dude on him, but he still didn't get it?"
