A person who is mexican and lives in the U.S. This person fits into all the stereotypes of the mexican culture such as; playing soccer, crossing the boarder, jumping fences, working as a gardener, speaking spanish, has an accent, has 29 names like juan, pablo, miguel, eats foot like tacos and burritos or anything like that. People also came make up mexican rachet jokes about crossing boarders or la migra. If you watch David Lopez vines you will see his vine series life of juan which makes mexican rachet jokes.

When a person (mostly female) swings a load of (preferably frozen) bread into a male attacker's crotch in self defense in order to stun them.

Robber: *points a gun at shopper* "Give me your money!"
Shopper: *swings loaf of bread she was carrying into robbers balls* "MEXICAN TASER!!"
