A set of dumbbell deadlift-curl-squat-presses. Starting with dumbbells on the floor, begin with deadlift, curl up to shoulders, do a full squat, then overhead shoulder press. Lower dumbbells to shoulders, lower dumbbells to waist in a curl like motion, then to floor in deadlift like motion. That is one Freak Bitch. Do 3 sets of 10 Freak Bitches with 40lb dumbbells.
Let’s knock out a few sets of Freak Bitches to blast some curls for the girls and thighs for the guys.
