ohhkay...everyone thinks this phrase was created by paris hilton but no it wasnt. if you watch honey , jessica alba says "thats hot" quite often. there for the producer of honey or the script writing ppl came up with "thats hot" I DID SOME RESEARCH AND BOTH SAID "THATS HOT" IN THE YEAR 2003. so we have to find out the dates they were used on ... therefore determining who came UP with The phrase "THATS HOT!!!!!"

Honey: "That's hot!"

Paris: "That's hot!"
