When you completely ignore someone.

Example 1:
Person 1: Dave?
Person 1: Davveee?!

Person 1: OOh you putting a mental block on me ehh?

This can then be adapted for wherever you are such as a room block.
Example 2:
Person 1: Dave?

Person 2: Alright Dave how are ya?

Person 3: Hes put a room block on us all.

One who facebook blocks those friends of their significant other that intimidate them sexually and make them feel insecure.

Kelsea flock blocked Margo, Mary, and Riana because her boyfriend enjoyed flirting with them and it made her feel insecure about their relationship because they were so awesome.

Jew-blocking

When someone, not nescessarily jewish, attempts to do something stereotypically jewish (trying not to pay, trying to steal money, breaking glasses etc...) and then someone intervenes making them unable to carrying their plan out.

"no i wont pay for you, you're going to have to pay ypur half"

"Dude, dont be jew-blocking me"
