To be both ugly enough to make someone puke, and smelly enough to smell of poo. The worst possible combination for a person to be.

That guy who just walked through the door, absolute Pook, I think I'm going to throw up and maybe charge him triple.

When you give money or items to someone, and wait for them to come back ... but they don't.
