An insult that combines the definitions of "swamp ass" and "ass hat". Swamp ass meaning "when your ass is so sweaty you feel as if it is literally in a swamp" and Asshat meaning "when your head is so far up your ass, your ass becomes a hat for your head."

"You are being the swampiest of asshats right now, you dingus. Get your life together."
