Urban tumbleweed

A plastic grocery or garbage bag being blown by the wind across a concrete surface such as the street or a parking lot.

An Urban tumbleweed with a "DG" logo can usually be seen blowing down the roads of the generally low-income areas blessed with a Dollar General store where the useless inhabitants are too lazy and poor to recycle or pay for trash pick-up.
