A state of mind or feeling of being flustered, irritated and impatient a ones-self. A cycle of self depreciation and self sabotage stopping you from experiencing new ways of doing and experiencing things.

I just couldn't get the writing done, I was just so stosseled up.

Trying to get out of the stosel state of mind so I can be 100% ready for next week!
