When a small group of people get together and "chill". Can't be any more then 10 people.

Small Chill= Less than 10 People
Medium Chill= 10-25 people
Large Chill= 25-50 people

Alex: Dude matt I just wanted it to be a small chill,like me, u, and 7 girls, then you had to be all gay and invite all these people
