Gan Eng Seng Primary School

A utterly useless school that has no budget and does not allow students to learn, teachers not respectful if a student is in a wheelchair, does not allow 4 people helping a student in a wheelchair and not helping a student carry his bag. The creator of the school clearly has no budget.
