:A filipino slang when one commits the act of stealing without any conscience or remorse of the repercussions.
:When someone steals something and doesn't acknowledge their wrong doing, even deflecting the blame.

The word "Minarcos" can be rooted from the the devastation caused by Ferdinand E. Marcos and his family. To this day the remaining family denies the atrocities (murder and stealing) they committed, and the consequences still affect and haunt Filipinos today.

The late dictator landing himself 2nd place in the Guinness Book of World Records with having recognized as the "greatest robbery of a government" world wide. And his wife Imelda Marcos being convicted with graft.

Minaya

Minaya is a sensitive, beautiful, mysterious individual. She's kind to everyone she meets but is a bit of a pushover and people take that for granted. She can also be very shy but around her close friends she's a reckless badass. She's also most likely interested in something that has to do with the arts and is probably a great cook/baker!
