A specific discord server ran by Memetastic. You should not join, though, it is a toxic server. This server contains furries, weebs, gacha members, underaged children, toxic children, etc. This server isn't "Meme" related despite the fact Memetastic, the baby boomer, banned almost every memes in his server, yet, he used them for his gay ass videos, he makes no sense at all.
