A whole new level of Fail, most notably found in the South Florida city of Hialeah where people use steam pots for mail boxes, park in the ramp for the handicapped, ride horses up and down 49th street, use shopping carts for grills, old people park there electrical scooters in parking spots. and when people walk into a Winn-Dixie/Publix to weigh there luggage to go to Cuba

Hialeah boy

wears khaki long shorts, maybe vans with long socks, puts on a cross around their neck but most of them aren’t religious, they wear hats, and take sunglasses to parties. They think that they are the shit because they can get typical Hialeah girls.

Hialeah Senior High School

Hialeah Senior High School is The breeding Place for many of Miami/Hialeahs Chonga and Chongo Population. It covers Grades 9 - 12, but most of the school's population drop out by age 16. This is one of the only schools where They serve Stale bread on sandwhiches and warm up four day old pizza for breakfast. Also, This is the ONLY school when you walk into the Administrators Office and find they're out to lunch at 6:45 AM!

Rick : Wow, She is a Huge Chonga.

Paul : She must go to Hialeah senior High School.
