hooninating

its the verb of hoon. if someone is a hoon then they drive fast, crazily and do burnouts etc. if someone is hooninating then they are being a hoon at that time. usually associated with younger males.

Last night Johno was hooninating good to loose the cops.

When saying the word Hooligan just isn’t enough. A stupid person. Someone with a lack of common sense.

Eg. What day is it today Matt?

Matt : I don’t know man
