The action of one's object completing a swift-like sway, typically upwards, but it may also be downwards, depending on the gravitational pull and/or proneness of the object being pulled upwards or downwards.

The action of one’s hair turning in an upright position near the ends.

“Damn, Tina’s hair is really fwooping today.”
