An abbreviation sometimes used in gaming or online communities to point out to (mostly noobs) that you have to change the graphics settings of the game to low to get the most fps in a game, allowing you to faster react on a sudden threat. ETLITWTG stands for "Everything To Low Is The Way To Go"
