During the Vietnam war, the Americans would call us Asians chimp eyed, after a while we got fed up with the racism and started calling them dog eyed since they had round eyes. Basically a racist term used against anyone thats not Asian.

Get the Dog Eyemug. The term used for someone who has loose skin underneith their eyes or more commonly used for some one who is extremley tired and looks like crap. Refering to the droop or sag or a pair of dogs testicles.
