Bed rotting

My favorite hobby, real bed rotting when you lay in bed and rot in your depression, sometimes on your phone, watching tv, or my personal favorite combo, listening to music and staring at the ceiling reflecting on your thoughts. Bed rotting goes on hour hours to weeks usually.

Person: What have you been up to?
Me: oh you know the usual just bed rotting 🎀

Bedrotting 

Staying in bed for long periods of time without really getting up. This isn't spent like quality and positive time, usually it involves mourning and grief, if not depression.
