Yuppie+hippie=yippie

nowadays it's imporatant to be green while unfortunately u gotta have some loot to accomplish some aspects of that. A "yippie" is somebody who looks down on somebody who's not being green but is smugly over looking the fact that sometimes being green takes having green. (Is best used when when the individual is flagrantly spending money on other vain or superficial luxuries.)

This botoxed lipped yippie jus gave me a look when I asked for a plastic bag instead of buying a reusable one for a dollar at the grocery store!

Yuppie Hippie: Usually seen sporting carefully trimmed dreads, probably a Che Guevara shirt, smelling like patchouli, with an acoustic guitar over one shoulder. They can also be found with a Starbucks espresso-capichino shopping for DKNY sox, or at the tanning salon maintaining a good base.

Guy 1: Did that hippie just roll up in an Audi?
Guy 2: Ya, that's Kate, her Dad got it for her.
Guy 1: She needs to tone it done on the patchouli oil, I can smell her from inside
